This Halloween outfit includes a one-piece black dress that can be worn off the shoulder. Over this dress is a red spiderweb design which has sheer sleeves with dramatic cut bell drape sleeves. The plain black midriff has two attached red drapes which can be tied to create a figure hugging effect.
